Privacy Policy
This policy explains how SuperEmber collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use SuperEmber, connected chat channels, the dashboard, integrations, and agent workspace features.
1. Scope
The controller and service operator is Sirivat Asanasuwan, operating under the unregistered business name SuperEmber, Obere Hofstadt 23, 76703 Kraichtal, Germany. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to privacy@superember.ai.
This Privacy Policy applies to SuperEmber, including our website, dashboard, messaging integrations, AI assistant, agent runtime, workspace, connector features, support, and related services.
Third-party services you connect to SuperEmber, such as messaging platforms, authentication providers, AI model providers, connector providers, calendars, email, storage, and other apps, may process your information under their own privacy policies.
2. Information we collect
- Account information, such as name, email address, authentication identifiers, organization information, and account settings.
- Device and usage information, such as device identifiers, cookies, IP address, browser information, pages viewed, feature usage, logs, diagnostics, and security events.
- Chat and assistant content, such as messages, prompts, responses, commands, images, audio, files, attachments, reminders, and metadata from supported channels.
- When an organization grants Microsoft Teams resource-specific message access, Microsoft may deliver messages from the teams and group chats where SuperEmber is installed. Before agent processing, SuperEmber accepts only personal messages, explicit mentions, or replies in recognized SuperEmber work threads and ignores unrelated messages.
- Workspace and artifact data, such as files SuperEmber creates, reads, stores, downloads, or shares at your direction.
- Connected-service data, such as account identifiers, OAuth permissions, access tokens, records, files, messages, calendar events, email metadata, and other data from services you authorize.
- Support and communications information, such as messages you send to us, feedback, bug reports, and administrative communications.
- Payment and plan information if paid features are offered, such as billing status, plan, transaction metadata, and payment processor identifiers. We do not need to store full payment card numbers.
3. How we use information
- provide, personalize, operate, maintain, and improve SuperEmber;
- create and manage your account, assistant runtime, connected channels, workspace, reminders, artifacts, and integrations;
- process your instructions, generate AI responses, execute actions you request, and send messages or data through services you connect;
- secure the service, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, enforce terms, and protect users, third parties, and SuperEmber;
- analyze performance, reliability, usage, costs, and feature quality;
- communicate with you about the service, support, security, legal notices, and product updates;
- comply with law, legal process, and enforceable government requests.
4. AI processing
SuperEmber may send your prompts, messages, files, media, workspace data, connected-service data, and related metadata to AI model providers and infrastructure providers so SuperEmber can understand requests, generate responses, search, summarize, reason over information, and take actions you request.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your private chats, files, or connected-service data as public training data for SuperEmber models. We may use aggregated, de-identified, diagnostic, or safety information to understand and improve the service.
5. How we share information
- Service providers: vendors that provide hosting, authentication, databases, storage, AI processing, messaging delivery, connector infrastructure, analytics, monitoring, security, support, payment processing, and other operational services.
- Third-party services you connect: services that receive data or actions at your direction, such as messaging platforms, email, calendars, storage, productivity apps, or other integrations.
- At your direction: people or services you ask SuperEmber to message, email, share with, publish to, or otherwise contact.
- Legal and safety: authorities, third parties, or affected users when needed to comply with law, enforce our terms, prevent abuse, protect rights and safety, or respond to legal process.
- Business transfers: parties involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections where required.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
We use necessary cookies and similar technologies to keep the service working, remember your preferences and privacy choices, help with authentication, improve reliability, and protect against abuse. Blocking or deleting these technologies may prevent some features from working correctly.
With your consent, we use PostHog to measure browser page visits and selected product interactions. Browser analytics remains off until you accept it. We disable autocapture, session recording, performance capture, and automatic exception capture; we do not send URL query parameters, email addresses, names, message content, prompts, or connected-service content. Signed-in product analytics uses pseudonymous account and organization identifiers. Marketing attribution is limited to the referring domain and validated campaign labels. You can accept, reject, or later change your choice through the Analytics settings control.
7. Retention and deletion
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain your account and assistant, comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent abuse, preserve security, maintain backups, and support legitimate business operations.
Retention periods vary by data type. Account, assistant, workspace, and connected-service data are generally retained while your account is active or while needed for the feature you enabled. Operational logs, security records, backups, and legal records may be kept for longer where necessary.
You may request deletion by contacting privacy@superember.ai. Some information may remain if retention is required or permitted by law, security, fraud prevention, backup integrity, dispute resolution, or legitimate operational needs. Deleting SuperEmber data may not delete information already processed by third-party services you connected or contacted.
8. Security
We use technical, administrative, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, encryption in transit where appropriate, secret isolation, monitoring, and provider security controls.
No internet service, AI system, messaging platform, or storage system is perfectly secure. You are responsible for choosing strong authentication, protecting your devices and connected accounts, and avoiding sending information you do not want processed by the service.
9. Your choices and rights
- You can stop using SuperEmber at any time.
- You can revoke permissions for many connected services through that service's account settings.
- You can request access, correction, deletion, or export of personal information by contacting us.
- Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights, such as the right to object, restrict processing, or appeal a decision.
10. Children
SuperEmber is not intended for children under 13, or a higher age where required by local law. Do not use the service if you are not old enough to consent to these terms and this policy.
11. International processing
SuperEmber and our providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Those countries may have different data protection laws. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, such as posting the updated policy or notifying you through the service. Your continued use of SuperEmber after the updated policy takes effect means you acknowledge the updated policy.
13. Contact
Questions or privacy requests can be sent to privacy@superember.ai. If that address is unavailable, contact us through the account or channel where you use SuperEmber.
